Thank you for your interest in partnering with us and becoming an essential addition to our provider network. The Partnership for Children of Essex (PCE) relies on professionals like you to assist us with carrying out the mission of our agency. Our collaborations throughout the years has resulted in countless children and families improving their lives and becoming healthier individuals.

The first step in becoming a Service Provider for PCE would be to contact the Community Resource Department, at ResourceDpt@pcenj.org  and let us know what service(s) that you are proposing to provide.

If we feel that you have a service that can address any of our youth’s unmet needs, then you will be contacted and invited to attend a New Provider Information Session. The next step would be the submission of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)packet (once it is sent to you) with supporting documents that outlines the agency to agency expectations within our partnership, the services being provided and any costs associated with the service that is NOT Medicaid reimbursable.

Once your MOU is approved, you will be provided with a fully executed copy for your records and you will go in our internal database of quality service providers available to serve youth and families of Essex County!

Providers are welcome to add their services to Essex County Resource Net by clicking HERE

Important: This page also contains a link to a Memorandum to Service Providers regarding Compliance with Section 6032 of the Federal Deficit Reduction Act, a link to PCE’s Federal Deficit Reduction Act Policy and a link to a Newsletter on Background Checks Requirements. We ask that all service providers, particularly those that provide Medicaid reimbursable services, review all the documents noted in this correspondence. The links below will provide access to all the documents referenced. PCE expects that all of our service providers abide by all Federal and State regulations and comply with Section 6032 policies found below.

Thank you again for your dedication to this work and for partnering with us to help children and families improve their quality of life.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Community Resource Department at (973) 323-3000.
