A Pathway for Hope
Welcome!

The Partnership for Children of Essex (PCE) is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a pathway for hope and improving the quality of life for youth and their families.  .

PCE uses a Wraparound model of care to design, implement, and manage Individual Service Plans (ISPs) that are specific to a child and family's individual strengths and complex needs.  These ISPs are developed by using a Child and Family Team process.  While PCE assists youth and families with many aspects of their lives, our specialty is assisting families to develop effective strategies to manage their child's emotional and behavioral challenges.

The Wraparound  model of care is an approach to helping youth and their families that is family friendly and community based.  Emphasis is placed on the strengths of the child, family, and community. A primary goal of PCE is to develop creative individualized service plans that help keep youth at home, in school, and out of trouble.
